A unique Yoga program is designed to suit all kinds of Yoga practitioners. The main focus is to connect with the universal energy which will automatically purify the body and mind.

This 7 day package is suitable for 18 years and above people. The program includes detoxification of the whole body, mind and soul via Panchkarma. Classical Ayurvedic approach is maintained throughout the retreat. Some light reading about the Body constitution and doshas is also encouraged during the retreat. The retreat program includes adventure in the Himalayas. It includes trekking, rock climbing, camping and of course the ever famous river rafting in the frothing Ganga rapids.

Day 1
The first day is an introduction to Yoga as well as Ayurveda. In yoga all the primary Asanas are taught along with basic meditation and Pranayama techniques. You will be introduced to Ayurveda by getting a consultation with the Ayurvedic Doctor. He/ She will do complete diagnosis and make a therapy as per your needs. All the therapies will be completely personalized.

Day 2
The second day also starts with yoga and Pranayama and continues with the same program until mid-day lunch. After the lunch a one hour rest is suggested. This is done because after the rest there is a trekking program in the adjoining Himalayas. Oil massage treatment is given after coming back followed by group games and discussions and then dinner.

Day 3
The day three of the program also goes along the same way till lunch time. After lunch and one hour rest, a walk along the breezy Ganga banks is organized. You will have to choose a place to camp in the same area. Camping equipments are provided as per the size of the group. After a 5 hour long camping session Ayurvedic Marma therapy will help rejuvenate you and a delicious dinner follows the therapy.
