The practical session includes special Kerala massage and other Ayurvedic massage techniques like face massage, head massage, Abhyanga (body massage), Shirodhara, marma massage, Pinda Swedana, Patra Swedana, Kati Basti, Jana Basti, Greeva Basti, Pristha Basti, Shiro Basti, Akshi Tarpanam, Nasyam, Shashti Shali (Potali massage), Sarvangdhara (oil bath) etc. please see the course details below.
