14 Days Yoga Retreats in Rishikesh

Cost of the Retreat – INR. 65,000

Haritha Ayurveda and Panchkarma center also offers a two week Ayurveda and Yoga retreat in the scenic city of Rishikesh. Connecting with self and disconnecting from the world is required at least once a year for refreshing the mind. This 14 day retreat aims at doing the same. It is a healthy holiday which makes you learn basics about Yoga and Ayurveda. The unique blend of the two branches of Vedic knowledge will make your holiday and experience worth the expense.

Yoga and Ayurveda are the branches of the same tree of knowledge that originated in India. They are not separate but complement each other. In fact, it can be said that Ayurveda is the art of living and Ayurveda is the Science behind the art. Ayurveda is mentioned in Rig-Veda and Atharva Veda while Yoga is very intricately described in Yajur Veda. The healthy holiday retreat package includes Ayurvedic methods of detoxification and rejuvenation along with instilling Yoga in everyday routine. Rishikesh with the surrounding nature is one of the best places to have this adventurous retreat. The lower Himalayas and the holy Ganga make it a place to reside and experience the magic. Surely, you will go back home a changed person.
