The practical session includes special Kerala massage and other Ayurvedic massage techniques like face massage (Mukh Lepanam), head massage, Shirodhara, Abhyanga (massage with herbal bags), Kati basti, Jana basti, Greeva Basti etc.

6th Abhyanga Preparation and Procedure Practical Practice of full Body Massage – Back & Front
7th Detailing of Marma Points Practice of Body Marma Points Therapy
8th Shirodhara – Oil Preparation procedure Practice of Shirodhara Therapy
9th Takradhara with Medicated butter milk Procedure Practice of Takradhara
10th Podikkizhi (Pinda Swedana) massage- Preparation and procedure. Practice of Pinda Swedana Massage
11th Ayurvedic Herbal facial Preparation Practice of Herbal Facial
12th Foot Reflexology Preparation and procedure. Practice of Foot Reflexology
13th Kati Basti – Preparation and Procedure Practice of Kati Basti
14th Nasyam – Preparation and Procedure Practice of Nasyam followed by Project & Exam Certification
